Power Flow: This class is open to all Levels but with more emphasis on accessing the more challenging modifications of Yoga postures. Students will move through moderately paced sun salutations, backbends, inversions and arm balances, twists with binds and longer, deeper holds during the cool down. Teachers will ensure all students are properly warmed up and the poses sequenced in a way that allows the greatest success to enter the poses. Modifications will be offered for all postures so that everyone will be working at their own pace and level. Teachers may teach and ask students to spot each other. Come with an open mind and an energetic body.
