This class is a moderately paced all levels class. We welcome beginners, intermediate and advanced students to join us. We will use flowing sun salutations to warm the body and then transition into postures that have many modifications. Students will be able to choose how deeply they want to experience each posture. Teachers will use props and adjustments as needed. Teachers may introduce inversions, arm balancing, or backbends. Come prepared to move, stretch and relax!
